Help! My bios is very old... can somebody help me with an update? Here are the statistics:

BIOS Date: 04/18/96
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 04/18/96-i430FX-2A59CA1DC-C8
BIOS Eval: GREEN PCI SYSTEM BIOS
Chipset: Intel Triton 430FX rev 2

I hope somebody can help me! If I have the update, I will post it too in this thread.
