It has nothing to do with the card manufacturer. Whomever, built the card only used a GoldStar Prime 2C chipset to build it. Some GoldStar Prime 2C chipsets were installed on cards built by Kentech Computers. Does it bear fcc id # KJDKEN-IDEPLUS4? Anything that old will most likely not have any support in Windows XP.
