You can try this:

Connect video card output with TV input.
You should have installed s3switch.inf from S3
drivers.

Run regedit.exe. Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\S3\Switch

At the right side you should see the key:

AlwaysEnableTVDevice

Double click on it, and change from OFF to ON.

Close regedit, and with right clich open properties.
Press settings tab, then advanced button, then
S3 tab. Then you should see a checkbox about
TV (or something, I am not at home while I write this)

Click (enable) this checkbox. Press OK.

You TV must be switched on Video (or VCR).

If everything with your card (and TV) is OK,
you should see the screen contents on TV.

I think only 640x480 will be seen well.
