Need driver location for Win XP for:

ATI xpert 98
pci bus 8 meg
rage xl graphics and video accelerator

Used only for second monitor. In device manager under display adapters is listed "Rage XL PCI" with the 'yellow exclamation point'. If I try to update this I see an error message, something about code 10. At one point the device manager listed the driver without the "exclamation point" however the second monitor did not appear in the settings section of system properties. Thanks in advance about any way I can bring this driver to life!!!
