"This driver works fine for via usb2/iee1394 combo cards but Unfortunatly it did not solve my problem which was that my JVC Digital video camera was not recognized by the firewire. This seems to be a problem with all JVC cameras and Via cards. (note fire wire works fine with other firewire devices I have.)"

"I install as describe in text file find the folder. When I reboot I still got the Yellow "?" in Device Manager but this time I got for message to re-install it and since it works. It was a long process and research

"This was just a file with instructions. No driver. I copy and pasted the address (origin of sender) and still no luck. What do I need to do to get a driver for this IEEE device?"
