Additional Notes

Make a dir called allied and copy file to your dir. its a self extracting "exe" so extract files to dir allied. Then set up your network adapter as per usual, and use the dir allied as the driver source when prompted. mine was at-2500tx v-. i can not be held liable to any errors. but this should work, cos it did for me!

"I have used this to install cards on two Compaq computers with WinXP Media Center. The onboard network kept dropping off, but the new cards with this driver fixed that problem very nicely."
