"This download was not the one for my internal software modem. It tried to upgrade my existing software but it stated that I had a different model. Otherwise, the install went smoothly. I am checking your resources for another upgrade for my model modem. It was also kind of awkward because your files are .exe files and the upgrade software seeks .inf files."
