"No. I have an alcatel speedstream known as an Alcatel V90 Internal Modem. I've had this modem since January 2001. I've since changed from a Compaq Presario w/Windows ME to an hp Pavilion w/Windows XP. I've downloaded three drivers from here and two from speedtouch.com. So far I've been unable to connect. Hardware is detected but the software cannot be found.
