"The driver provided is incomplete. Windows xp require additional files such UP_LIB.W01 to UP_LIB.W04 wich are not included in the download."

"Installed this software okay alongside other drivers but I still havn't been able to get up a 'scan panel'. In other words, the software might work but there's no way of telling it to make a scan !!! I presume there must be other software required than just the driver and this UP-LIB.exe file."
