"This driver worked just fine with Win XP. The installation isn't automatic. I had to back out once to find the path for mscdex, then start the install again. But once it installed my CD drive worked great. Can't speak to the stability of it, since I just intalled it about 30 minutes ago!"

"Followed all the instructions that came with the ZIP file, but was only partially successful. The CD-ROM worked sometimes, but not often. Would not work with Windows 98 after reinstalling the operating system. Don't know if the problems is my hardware or software. Hope you have better luck."

"I was not able to install this driver. Got the message that setup is looking for file mscdexe. Maybe this driver doesn´t support XP. But anyway I don't need it anymore 'cause my drive problems are solved now.
