"I can't get my S-Link usb pci card with VT6212L chipset to work and this driver is nothing more than the poor usb driver Via provided in its website. Neither of them worked... It installs the drivers but locks up when i try to connect usb devices to it. Perhaps the problem is in my hardware, only god knows..."
