This is the driver for win 2000 for this multifunctional, but it will work on Win XP... i doesn't include the driver for the modem component, because Win XP inludes it... Manual installation, install first the parent multifuntional device (mf3c562.inf), and then the network adapter device (net3c562.inf). It will ask for el562nd4.sys
