"La primera vez que lo instale no funciono bien, sin embargo lo Desinstale, reinicie la compú, ella detecto nuevamente el Hardware y luego pidio los drivers, le indique examinar y señale la carpeta donde se habia descomprimido el Driver, leeyo el software, lo reinstalo y luego la reinicie y funciono puro diesces."

"I have an unmarked pci soundcard, the only ID is 'fortemedia fm801-as' on the main chip. it has 3 audio jacks and a gameport. Kinda triangularish in shape.

All the other fm801 drivers I tried gave problems when trying to use this card on on an intel celeron - based mobo with integrated intel sound running win xp pro sp1, as a second soundcard.

This driver just work

"Installation only by Control Panel. No driver configuration included. So I can't change the amount of speakers and the most important of all - Environmental effects. So standard driver plays sound with some kind of Echo."

"Driver install was relitively painless, and the driver DID work in XP, if all you want to do is play music. When I tried to record via the line-in socket, the driver crashed the system. When I tried to record using the driver and my video capture card, the driver became so unstable, that I could not even end-task the frozen application, and had to hit the main power butt
