"My PC gets confused between my JamCam and the Webcam and have therefore put off the installation, I cannot comment on whether it's the driver or my PC's setup"

"BUT there is a new one that is a complete install that may be easier to get up and running. I found it at driverguide.com under the windows 2000 os search. I will let you know how well that works for XP and 2000 and 2000 Pro in a couple of days."
