I got these drives originally from PCTel when I first got Win XP. The person from PCTel that sent them to me said they are generic drivers and should work until I could find out who the originally maker of the modem was and get updated drivers. He alos told me to install them at my own risk because PCTEL was not going to provide support. I am going to have to suggest the same thing. Install at your own risk. These are the latest drivers that I have been able to find so far. To the best of my knowledge these drives are doing just fine on my PC. I discovered that the maker of my modem is Cyber Solutions Corp. Only problem is that there are so many companies with that name. I haven't found the one just yet.

In Windows 7, click Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager
In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager
In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button
