"Couldn't make these downloads work for XP. The install program worked to put HP JetSuite on the computer, I could scan and fax, but could not print. Had to buy the CD from HP."

"couldn't run install.exe from hard drive. Had to copy contents to cd and run from there. smooth sailing from there. Just thought I'd throw that out there for all other non pc gurus who might be scratching their head. Thanks!"

"This is an install program for Jetsuite software. I could not run it because I already have Jetsuite installed and all choices were grayed out. Further, I couldn't uninstall Jetsuite to load again because the computer could find the uninst.isu file in the directory!"
