"This is the correct driver as listed in the description. If you are experienced with installing drivers under windows you will have little\no problems. I was on a search for the conexant drivers with the needed "NetWaiting" app included as it is required for V.92 'Modem on Hold' operations. It is not included with this driver. However, I found it bundled in this

"was helping someone that had a mis-match of hardware. Pre-historic mixed with P4 Asus & Win ME. I tried several drivers that were not compatible..this one of them. The driver was not the problem."
