El driver es para el modem Conexant RS56/SP-PCI R6793-17. Si has instalado Windows XP Home o Professional detecta el modem como "Best Data Modem" el cual no funciona correctamente, el driver lo descargue de www.conexant.com/support/files/127A1025_HSF_DriversSigned.zip

y esta signado al actualizar el modem como "SoftK56 Data Modem", espero te funcione correctamente, cualquier comentario es bien recibido. Muchas gracias

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
