"Do not use the aflash.exe, I found a better utillity at the Asus website.

Gebruik de aflash.exe niet, ik vond iets beters op de asus website."

"Everything worked as indicated for the ASUS P2L97 BIOS to recognize a 40GB Maxtor hard drive. I did not try to interpret the output (in German) of CTBIOS.exe; just ran pflash with the indicated BIOS update."

"This Is The BIOS upgrade This Is the BEST way to get to the Update/Upgrade for any bios

This driver is a good driver if you need it i would not pass this up!

As a degree tech I look for the best drivers an the fastest way to get them I had founde a lot of driver sites like this but the driverguide is the best I had found and used.

For all Bios update I have to

"as far as i remember, the bios flash program didn't work. so i don't know if the bios data it self is working.

some say there's another bios flasher somewhere in the internet."

"How do I install the bios upgrade/ And will it work to upgrade the chipset? I received a semi new graphics card (Geforce4 mx 440 64mb)and it does not work properly. Help me!

"This update did NOT work. Not only can I not use a larger hard drive now, but I can no longer access the BIOS. I don't know what I am going to do now. Maybe there are instructions on this, but I can't tell since I don't read GERMAN!!

Do NOT try this thing. It isn't worth the risk."

"Everything installed as expected. But it did not allow me to install the 20G hard drive. It seems to remain to be 8.4G limitation."
