"SO FAR I HAVE BEEN A HOUR TIO GET A DRIVER AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DOWN LOAD IT. WHY DO YOU JUST NOT OFFER A FREE DOWNLOAD AND CHARGE A FEE. I WENT THROUGH ALL KINDS OF HOOPS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE DRIVER I WANTED.

AS OF NOW THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVERBEEN TO, I WILL PROMISE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO TRY TO GET DRIVERS FROM THIS SITE."

"I'm looking for a driver for Cyberdrive cw088d CDROM/RW. I downloaded this from your website and when I go to install it it tells me that "The brand does not match". I don't know what that means, but it is totally useless. After I go through your long, painfull registration prosess, I expect to get something I can use. Please Help!!!! Thanks........Hal"

"I downloaded a file which had to be "unpacked" or un-zipped or whatever. After unpacking it, I noticed that it included it's own installation executable file. I don't want to use it's installation procedure, I just want the driver file so that the Windows Wizard will recognize it. After I "Unpacked" the driver, I went through the Windows Wizard to the

"This update is for DOS system, and Windows XP is not DOS based. The file tries to execute in DOS and is promptly rejected and CHUCKED. The person that created it (DRAGO) is a moron and a loser."

"No luck... couldn't get the thing to install. It brought up some bizarre MS-DOS window, and then promptly set my printer to shoot out six pages of garbage before I could cancel it."
