"Just tried it today. No problems installing and using it a couple of times, except when accessed from Word (Office 2003). The MS problem report suggested an upgrade of my Office system files."

"No matter what I try, I keep on getting a "device not connected" message, requesting checking the cabling and power etc. Works fine under Win98, but not under XP.

I can't extract the CAB files in the driverpack, it says not compatible with the specification. Hence I can't manually install it through INF-procedure. Very poor. Sorry."
