"I don't remember how I installed the webcam on the previous computer. Can't find a CD; plug-n-play didn't work.

It's a cheap webcam I got with eBay from Hong Kong.

I tried this driver on my new computer, and the old webcam started working with all the functionality as when it was installed on the old computer.

In Skype, when I click Video Options, a big window
