"After downloading the zip file, the file was unzipped and installed, it worked fine for a while then it started having errors of not recognizing the peripheral, but it still worked fine. It was just annonying having the error; had to go to the registry part and remove the file, so it won't loop for errors."

"software installs easily but setup didn't install driver automatically, had to manually update driver in device manager. driver was quickly found and installed using computer search option."
