"Don't think this driver was recognized by Novell 3.12. We support very old systems that still run on Dos 5.0, Dos 6.22, and old Novell. The *.NLM could not find the card after proper configuration with the 3COM Utility.

I am sure that Novell 4.X and above would work better with this hardware and your Drivers.
