"Vi scrivo in italiano perchè purtroppo non conosco l'inglese.

Ho caricato i drivers con estrema facilità, però lo scanner non funzionava, allora sono andato sul pannello di controllo, sistema, hardware, gestione periferiche, a questo punto ho selezionato lo scanner ed ho fatto un'aggiornamento dei drivers e tutto è andato perfettamente a posto. Direi un ottimo risultato
