"Needed this driver for a MSI KT3 motherboard. The setup disc

provided only gives a link to Microsoft - no luck there. VIA

again pointed me to Microsoft. This driver works A+ for USB2.

"after looking and trying many drivers even from VIA this driver works on XP with out asking for any other input. just make shore you remove all the old drivers you tryed before. thanks"
