"I tried diferent drivers for my modem, even one from a cd supplied by a vendor included in a NetoDragon box, but didn't work for XP

This driver really does !!"

"I have uploaded a good working driver at driverguide.com file named netoWin98.exe that I zipped from original CD.

All the downloaded drivers are not working and wasted my hours and hours."
