"This driver is great, thanks to who ever submitted it. This should fix the double driver problem found with old CMI 8738 drivers for win 98. It also allows for use with the latest directx and is completely compatible. When you install it will tell you that it is not the best for your system, disregard and it will save you a ot of headaches."

Arthur King: There's no exe file. You'll need to go to the Devices Manager (not sure the name, my Win is in portuguese) and update the driver from there. Works fine!"
