"The highest OS that this driver says is Win2000, however in the past numerous W2k drivers have worked on WinXP.

??? Maybe because it's because I have SP3 integrated ???? SP3 does add a couple networking things into it that maybe wouldn't allow it to work with W2K drivers.

Just did new install with nLite and SP3 among 40 other integrated addons. Could also be D

"Excellent Driver, did not use the wizard. Used add new hardware to select the Windows 2K driver and it works without any issues for Windows 2K3"
