"I tried first with the "original" drivers from C-Media without success, this package seems more complete and worked just fine - it contains every driver for the CMI8738/C3DX PCI Audio Card (midi, game-port, DOS MPU-401 etc.) and works on Win98SE."

"Download and install were flawless. Driver works perfectly. Had to look at chip on motherboard to find out what I needed. Excellent documentation in the readmefirst file included with driver. Audio now up and running on this old legacy computer for the kids."
