"Installed on XP Pro SP1 but not working. I have USB Cam. Even the file name suggest the drive is for USB. But at add hardware, after I browse to the inf file, it prompt me to select LPT1 or COM1. I started the come with amcap software, error message read 80040275:Cannot add vidcap to filtergraph.

Any suggestion any one?

"Installed under Windows XP/SP2 by unpacking the driver & telling the "add new hardware" dialog to use that driver.

I use this method because the installers that come with weird devices like this are usually junk - pointing Windows at the .inf files often works well with drivers that crash, misconfigure or fail to detect the device.

"The system can recognises the hardware. But it is not recognised by other graphics softwre such as Photo Express"
