"may be it didnt worked for me because I m using an old pc (k6 2 500mhz)

driver instalation ok , but pendrive insertion cause system hangs or reboot. ugh!"

"I don't know why, the driver doesn't work with the card.. Could be because of the motherboard is not compatible with the card and doesn't work well with the driver.

I have surf online and found that the VIA 6202 got compatibility problem with some of the motherboard in the market.

"This driver did not work with the usb card i used, as it kept on hanging XP SP2 when I plugged in any usb device.

I have since removed the card."

"Unfortunately, the Via USB 2.0 card had a hardware conflict with my Zoom 2920 modem and Sis 7012 audio card which shared the same IRQ. (My mobo is based on a Sis chipset). I had to change my USB card. The driver is satisfactory, I just had the wrong combination of hardware. I am sure of this, since I had a similiar problem with a parallel Slackware 10.0 install on the same
