"Looks like it wasn't a missing driver but the mess caused by uninstalling the nasty Nero that evaporated the two optical drives out of the desktop ."

"not a bad driver. this was not a useable driver for the vist os. too bad tho, it downloaded good and was very stable. if there was one for vista-business, it would be well worth the trip to driverguide.com"
