Installed successfully on a generic 25-pin parallel PCI card in a Windows XP Pro PC. The only real information printed on the circuit board is FCC:H9MPAR40XX but I have come to discover the card was originally manufactured by Sunix and relabelled for sale in the U.S. Also, my card is the "4008A" and the website said "4008T" but the driver seems to work regardless.
