Here is the W2K Sony Cybershot DSC-S70 USB drivers. Note when you run the intial install the program is not in english just type in the the directory and path information you want the program to put the files in. then go to that directory and go into the sony directory and run setup.exe - from that point the process IS in english. I've installed the driver in W2K and it worked with my DSC-505 and S70. the url where I found the file is support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/contents/download/dsc-s70_s50_s30/usbdrv13/usbdrv13.html
