"Ran the Windows BIOS update from GIGABYTE, loaded the new string, killed the board. Note David's comment, it you get the ID error, DON'T force it with some other flash routine."

"Kept getting a BIOS ID error when running the flashing utility and didn't have the balls to give it a go. Had to get the latest driver from GA site and had no problems at all."
