"Unforunately, this driver did not work with my HP 8575C and I also had to start in safe mode to uninstall it. It locked up my system: WinXP pro."

"This driver is the is utter crap,unless you like to pull you hair out and spend you time fixing your PC, I had to start up in safe mode, log on as admin and do a restore cause this driver locks everything up!"

"It would be nice if you were to screen your software first, as even Norton did'nt pick it up!

Needless to say, I am not able to install the driver, and your website caters to too many spam artists. This is the last time I will use your site! Please remove me from any further 'ADS' that you are sending to me through your 'SPAM ARTISTS'!

  • In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
