"I wasnt' sure if it was going to work with my Motorola V360v as it is alot newer that the driver, but after installing the driver it worked perfectly, and I would reccomend it for most Motorola phones"

"Driver works. Allows other software to see the motorola c350 on windows xp connected by usb. Also allows XP to recognize the 350 as a phone modem."
