Samsung Internet Keyboard
Windows XP
3.0.0 (2001-09-12) via .inf
Just unzip the file and run the 'setup' application. Once the install is finished (and you've rebooted) run the MMKbd application. It should bring up the GUI that allows you to configure the keyboards buttons.
I've tried it on Windows XP only. No idea if it will work on other OS's
