"seemed to download OK.. removed the "x" from the unzipped files, and setup continued to have problems in finding the files required. Tried several times and finally just gave up. Maybe it works on XP Pro but I have XP Home"

"driver worked well, loaded first time, invaluable advice, remove the x prefix in front of each of the file names after unzipping by right clicking on each file, click rename, delete x but leave the _ in front of the name of each file, make sure you do all files with the x in front, why Samsung put it there in the first place?? printer has run well since install three days a

"Ok, this file DOES actually work, however, u need to rename a few files after u extract it. Any file with an x infront of it (example x_User.dll remove the x so that it says _User.dll) and it works/extracts/installs fine.
