Double-click the icon of the scanner driver file you downloaded and click on "Unzip".
The Driver will now be located in a folder with the name of the file you downloaded in you current directory (where you downloaded the file).
Open the driver folder and look for "Setup.exe". Double-click on "Setup.exe".
Scanner driver installation will be started automatically. Follow the instructions on screen to proceed.

Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
