"Had no problem downloading and installing this driver however it doesn't seem to perform any different to the one it replaced - probably no harm in updating it but obviously the audio problem I'm having with playing CDs must relate to something else - not this driver which seems to work well. "Needed a driver for a Realtek AC883 and Windows 98SE. Was not sure if this one would work or not (it doesn't), it appeared to be for a later OS, but I did see Win98SE listed on the download page. When I tried to install it from the setup function, it said my OS was not supported. I also tried to use the drivers from within it via the device manager and it could not find an
