Also available through Windows update, this driver is the most recent (as of 03/2009). This is a standalone package for those who can't, or don't want to connect to Windows update for the driver. As few people use their gameports these days, it's mostly aimed at perfectionists who don't like seeing those "bad driver" flags in DriverAgent and similar. :)

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
