Create a new folder on the hard drive: c:\dj825 before downloading the printer driver.

Download the driver to the newly created c:\dj825 folder.

Open the c:\dj825 folder and double-click the downloaded "exe" file.

Under c:\dj825 folder a folder will be displayed. For example, "2kxpinf" will be displayed. This folder was created by double-clicking on the downloaded "exe" file.

Power on your printer, and connect your printer to the computer with a USB cable.

The "Found New Hardware Wizard" will appear.

Choose "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)"

Click "Next"

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
