"I had 2 problems: neither the WINDVD OR POWERDVD worked on my computer. About 6 meg for size of a patch seemed too big to fix an overlay problem for winDVD. Actually I did not trust this file instead I fixed the PowerDVD problem (same annoying error F4D41436 whom thousands of users get if they have a TV out plug on their video card). The powerDVD problem got fixed with a 3
