Additional Notes

1 . Download the ezcamwin2k.exe to the desktop.

2 . Double click on the ezcamwin2k.exe file, then click on the unzip button, it will create a new folder on the desktop called ezcamwin2k

3 . Plug in the camera

4 . If the new hardware wizard come up, click next to automatically search for the driver. If the the new hardware wizard does not come up then go to section 2.

5 . A window may appear stating that the camera is incompatible with Windows XP, click 'Continue Anyways' to bypass this screen. If it prompts for your Windows XP cd, click browse go back to the ezcamwin2k folder and click ok. If version conflict appears, click yes to all files. The camera should now be operational.

6 . If it ask for any files, then direct it to the folder on your desktop called ezcamwin2k

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
