Technical Support: Modems and Sound Cards

Analog Devices does not manufacture sound or modem cards. Many sound cards use chipsets from Analog Devices in their designs.

Drivers are often customized to work with specific PCs or motherboard platform. Please contact the manufacturer of the PC for technical assistance. For technical assistance on a specific sound card, please contact the manufacturer of the card.

To use any driver other than that provided specifically by the motherboard or pc maker would just be a hit and miss game, ie: it might work and it might not.

"Would have been nice to have the Sound Max Audio software that goes with the driver. At least that is how my XP was originally setup when I bought this pc."
