"Did not work for a RealTec RTL8139 PCI Fast Ethernet NIC with XP. As others noted, there appears to be no XP driver. Drivers only go up to WINNT in this package."

"I want some utility, that can make a IRQ and I/O address fixed on a RTL8139 lan card, can any body help. for eg. for 8029 card we have 8029init.com which when initialised at startup will keep the I/O and IRQ constant."
