"Again, a problem with the Toshiba Satellite M20 is that some of its drivers aren't pre-installed when one formats and reinstalls windows.

These drivers are the LAN card, the wireless, the USB2.0, the Modem, and the Graphics Card.

With this driver, I was happy to finally get sound back on that laptop. It works."
