This driver is from the Matsonic driver site but works well with the i430vx motherboard..it comes with a flash utility just format a 1.44 floppy and make sure you make it bootable then copy this file to the floppy..it will extract itself to the floppy...rebbot with the floppy and run the flash utility make sure you remember the name of the bin file and make sure you save your old bios just in case..Have fun.
